Students at Years 11 and 12 take part in the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or VCE – Vocational Major (VCE-VM). Vocational Education and Training (VET) and/or School Based Apprenticeships (SBA) programs may form part of these certificates.

Belmont High School offers an extensive range of VCE subjects for our students to choose from. This includes opportunities to study languages and higher education studies through university extension programs. On completion of the VCE most students will receive an ATAR score (Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank).

Students who complete the VCE VM will have a hands on, applied-earning experience in their final years. They will develop skills for life and gain experience in one or more industries, giving them an employability advantage.
